'Shariah Court' is a misnomer, it is an 'Arbitration Council', says Prof Faizan Mustafa
Legal: In a recent video on YouTube titled "Shariah Courts and Privatisation of Justice", Prof. Faizan Mustafa said that the word "Shariah Court" is a misnomer, rather it is an "Arbitration Council". He bashed the television anchors saying that, "Even if the Supreme Court says something the TV anchors won't think it as a law".
